Happy Hump Day!
How ya doin’ today? Can I just say that this week is already dragging for me? I dunno what it is!
I think part of it is the fact that my sad little Christmas tree is still undecorated.
We actually put it up the day after Thanksgiving, but just haven’t made time to put the ornaments on it yet. Pathetic, I know.
I was wanting to make cookies and put on Christmas music and make it a little celebration, but it just hasn’t happened yet. Tonight? I hope!
In other news, remember when I thought coffee was a no go for me? Well I had Starbucks on Monday and whoa, what a mistake that was. Apparently, I can have my own coffee just fine, but coffee from Starbucks made me jittery for a whole day. No thanks!
To play it safe, I’ve switched back to tea for the day.
Total Body 1,000 Rep Workout
I just loved this 1,000 rep workout so much the other day that I wanted to make my own. The thought of not having to go back and do sets of moves is amazing. Just pushing through the reps is awesome & definitely makes me sore!
This took me about 30 minute to complete with a few short breaks for water and to catch my breath. It definitely left me feeling it today! Be on the lookout for more 1,000 rep workouts soon – I can already tell I’m addicted to this!
