I have to admit, I need to up my workout game lately. I was doing well when I was living in a hotel because I didn’t have much else to focus on. Now that we’re in the new house (which if you didn’t see, here’s a sneak peek!), I’m so busy trying to organize and clean that I haven’t really gotten my feet on the ground with a good workout schedule yet.
I did join a moms stroller running group, so that’s been helping me gain motivation to run in heat and humidity. It’s actually not nearly as bad as I thought (for short runs anyway). They do some strength exercises afterwards but that usually looks like me chasing a toddler on the playground instead of doing the working lately 😉
Here’s a workout you can do anywhere with just your body weight and no equipment.
I said to repeat 3-5 times. I usually repeat this 4 times and it’s a good “hard enough” workout without leaving me feeling like I did anything crazy. Repeating 3x and going for a short run is also a good combo.
