Happy 4th of July!
I hope you have the day off and have some wonderful plans for the holiday:) I am spending the day with my in-laws & husband. We’re going to spend the day in Boston seeing historic sites and then seeing the infamous fireworks show over the Charles River assuming the weather holds.
We’re supposed to get a lot of rain due to this crazy hurricane coming in to the south of the country. I hope we get to see a show!
Here’s a workout I’ve been saving for today because it’s a bang! I’m corny, deal with it 😉
I was inspired to create this workout from my husband. One day when I was working out, he decided to join me. I was glad, but then I quickly realized his workout was totally showing mine up!
This is tough one if you complete it with short rest breaks. It’s kind of Crossfit WOD/Insanity style, but is sure to leave you burning and sweating.
I love that this workout is fast-paced. It keeps me on my toes and doesn’t leave any time for boredom!
