Hellloooo! Man I was tired this morning.I didn’t manage to get any cardio in last night and the thought of doing strength early this morning was pretty unappealing.
The last thing I wanted was to have a date with the gym, but I went ahead and hoped on the treadmill to at least get myself moving.
This wasn’t the most awesome workout ever, but it was enough to wake me up and get some movement in my day before another long day at work of sitting.
It felt good, but I still feel slightly zombie-like.
I had a big bowl of overnight oats that I prepped last night. My typical toppings: peanut butter, coconut chips, and strawberries.
Sadly I had to rush of to work and leave this little cranky pants behind. Apparently he’s not a morning dog 😉 Wish I could’ve stayed and snuggled!
