Not a bad month 🙂 It was nice to have a month without so many goals to focus on for a change.
Okay, remember my year of resolutions? I did decide to skip out on last month’s “resolution,” but not this month. I’m calling this month “Just Eat July.” The plan is to try at least one new recipe a week this month & really spend some time in the kitchen.
This week I’m trying a new blackened fish & veggie soup recipe. I’ll write a post each week featuring the new recipes that I ate and how they turned out. Simple, but fun. If you’d like to join me in this “goal,” feel free 🙂
The rest of my goals for the month are…
- Have 5 Mary Kay parties
- Stick to my half-marathon training well, as it’s now my last 5 weeks
- Set aside time to read every day & get some summer reading done
- Enjoy summer!
I don’t have a long list of personal goals this month because most my goals are in Mary Kay now. I feel like I am so behind on blogging, but I’ll post about what all I’m up to as Mary Kay lady soon!
