I was tired but starving when I got up this morning, so today was an quick-and-easy kind of breakfast day. I had toast with pumpkin butter & pear Chobani with granola on top. And a large coffee, of course.
I love Chobani, but the new pear flavor? SO good. My new fave!
I know pumpkin flavored stuff is not in season or in stores anymore, but I hoarded some Trader Joe’s pumpkin butter from last fall. No regrets. I will be buying that stuff in bulk come next fall!
Easy Interval Incline Walk
Today is a cardio/strength day. After a soreness-enducing strength workout on Monday and two runs this week, I’m SORE!
One of my favorite ways to recover from leg soreness is walking. I’ve always been an elliptical girl at the gym when I’m not out running, but these days, incline walks are where it’s at.
