I find that surveys reveal a lot more about me and who I am than my actual writing sometimes. I really loved Cori’s survey-type post the other day, so I’m copying her 😉 Enjoy!
A little overwhelmed at the thought of starting my own business.
But confident that God put this in my life for many reasons.
Excited for summer.
Confident in His will.
To find a better balance in all I do – blogging, managing my time, doing activities I enjoy (which I never seem to make time for).
To face my fears about a lot of things and just get out there and live.
To enjoy my relationship with the Lord and stop running from Him, ever.
Very little patience for certain tasks like ironing and scrubbing the dishes well enough.
Way too much nail polish. And shoes…
A pretty cute best fur friend.
I am thankful for…
My husband. He doesn’t frequent the blog very much, but he is amazing. He supports me and has accepted every flaw about me while still helping me grow me into the woman I am today.
My church community. Without the people from my church who have become my best friends, I don’t know where I’d be right now. Love you, guys.
And yes, I am going to keep taunting you with wedding pics until I post about my wedding in June for my anniversary 😛
I would like to…
Run a marathon someday.
Write from the heart more often on here.
I dream about…
Going to Paris.
Being more productive.
Writing a memoir.
Coffee over tea. Although tea is good.
My nails painted.
To have candles lit as often as possible.
I am passionate about…
Living a healthy lifestyle, not just physically but mentally.
Jesus & sharing His redemption with others.
I am happy when…
The sun is shining.
After a run.
When I’m outside.
When I reflect on all the ways God loves me regardless of anything I’ve done or not done.
I am looking forward to…
Future races this year: a 10K in June, half marathon in August, and hopefully another half in October.
Going to Colorado in a few weeks to visit family & friends.
Making Mary Kay my job & growing into my business.
I have never…
Really run in Colorado despite living there my whole life, which makes me so sad.
Going to change this when I go back in a few weeks!
I would never…
I am always able to get cheered up…
By a big hug from my husband.
By icecream 🙂
After a run.
Being a blogger.
Setting new goals for myself.
When someone holds the door for you.
When people aren’t always on their phones.
I don’t know it all.
That Love is all You Need. For realz.
I used to…
Be really negative.
And extremely hard on myself.
And think there was no hope for the world or myself.
But God has redeemed ALL of who I used to be.
I never expected…
To be a blogger.
To become a runner and actually like running.
To be so happily married.
I lived near family.
Ice cream had no calories.
That everyone could and wanted to experience God’s love.
