Hey! It’s been a while since I talked anything fitness-related, hasn’t it?
Monday I talked about how my goal this week was to ditch Insanity (sorry, Shaun T) and go back to less intensity and more focused strength workouts. It’s not that I don’t love Insanity, but it just gets old fast because it’s all the same moves in every video. I was also just looking for something that’s better for my schedule and doesn’t require an hour during nap time that I can’t always get.
I don’t currently have any of my dumbbells or workout equipment other than my yoga mat, so all I can do is body weight moves, but that’s still leaves plenty of options. These types of workouts paired with some running a few times a week is a great combo.
Here’s 10 workouts you can do anywhere with no equipment – hotel room, traveler, and busy-mom friendly 🙂
1 // Lower Body Burn – a great workout from Heather that I do often when I just want to focus on legs
2 // 5 Minute Abs – easy to tack onto the end of another workout to get some core work in as well
3 // Home for the Holidays Travelers Workout – a total body workout that’s super easy to do anywhere quickly
4 // Never Miss a Monday Week of Body Weight Workouts – I LOVE this full week of easy-to-do body specific focused workouts. The link to it is what I found on Pinterest, but the actual link does not have this workout on it.
5 // Five Ten Fifteen Workout – this one is super quick and has a lot of my favorite moves. Same deal with the link on this one. Typical Pinterest.
6 // The Busy Woman’s Workout – I love that this one secretly works your abs a lot too without any actual core moves.
7 // Do Anywhere Toning Circuit – all my favorite and most effective moves in one workout and only 5 moves.
8 // 10 Minute Lower Body Barre Booty Workout – via PopSugar. I love a good video workout now and then.
9 // All Over Toner Workout – incorporates cardio for a total body and heart pumping circuit
10 // 15 Minute Sexy Leg Workout – great for hotels or when you have to be quick
And there you have it. I’m saving these for future reference to incorporate into my new routine. I love mixing things up and keeping the variety going.
